We are evangelical Christians, and the Apostolic Creed serves as our statement of faith.
WE BEEIVE IN:
1. The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy; and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
परमेश्वरद्वारा मूल रूपमा प्रदान गरिएका पवित्र धर्मशास्त्रहरू परमेश्वरको प्रेरणाद्वारा लेखिएका, त्रुटिरहित, पूर्ण रूपमा विश्वासयोग्य छन्; र विश्वास तथा जीवन आचरणका सबै विषयहरूमा सर्वोच्च अधिकार हुन्।
2. One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
एउटै परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ, जो अनन्तकालदेखि तीन व्यक्तित्वहरू—पिता, पुत्र र पवित्र आत्मा—मा अस्तित्वमा रहनुहुन्छ।
3. Our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and his personal return in power and glory.
हाम्रा प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्ट, जो शरीरधारण गर्नुभएको परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ—उहाँको कन्या मरियमबाट भएको जन्म, पापरहित मानवीय जीवन, दैवी आश्चर्यकर्महरू, प्रतिनिधिमूलक र प्रायश्चितमूलक मृत्यु, शारीरिक पुनरुत्थान, स्वर्गारोहण, मध्यस्थताको सेवा, र शक्ति तथा महिमासहित उहाँको व्यक्तिगत पुनरागमनमा हामी विश्वास गर्छौं।
4. The Salvation of lost and sinful man through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
हराएका र पापी मानिसहरूको उद्धार प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टको बगाइएको रगतद्वारा, कर्महरूबाट नभइ विश्वासमार्फत हुन्छ; र पवित्र आत्माद्वारा नयाँ जन्म (पुनर्जन्म) प्राप्त हुन्छ।
5. The Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
पवित्र आत्माको वासद्वारा विश्वासीहरूलाई पवित्र जीवन जिउन, साक्षी दिन र प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टका लागि सेवा गर्न सक्षम बनाइन्छ।
6. The Unity of the Spirit of all true believers, the Church, the Body of Christ.
सबै साँचो विश्वासीहरू पवित्र आत्मामा एकतामा बाँधिएका छन्; यही एकता नै मण्डली हो, जुन ख्रीष्टको शरीर हो।
7. The Resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
उद्धार पाएकाहरू र नपाएकाहरू दुवैको पुनरुत्थान हुनेछ—उद्धार पाएकाहरू जीवनको पुनरुत्थानमा, र नपाएकाहरू दण्डको पुनरुत्थानमा उठाइनेछन्।

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Pabitra Mani Bhandari is a Nepali pastor, theologian, and scholar of World Christianity, actively engaged in both ministry and academic work. He serves as pastor of a Nepali church in South Korea and has been involved in missionary ministry among Nepali migrants for over two decades.
He holds advanced theological degrees (M.Div, ThM, and PhD from the Global Institute of Theology at Yonsei University) and contributes to theological education as a lecturer and adjunct professor in South Korea and Nepal.
As a theologian, Dr. Bhandari is particularly known for his work in contextual and indigenous theology, focusing on how the Christian faith can be expressed meaningfully within the Nepali cultural context. His research highlights the role of music, culture, and lived experience in shaping theology, especially in the life of the Nepali church.
He is also an author, with works such as The Trinitarian Dharma, where he explores the relationship between Christian theology and South Asian religious concepts, contributing to global theological dialogue.
Through his preaching, teaching, and writing, Dr. Bhandari continues to serve the church by bridging academic theology and practical ministry, with a vision to strengthen and contextualize the Christian faith among Nepali believers worldwide.
